While this might be referred to as a 'solo project', in reality that only refers to the amount of performers on stage when it comes to fruition. There are many people who make a project like this happen. Meet the team that will help to create this work over the coming year!...

Charlie Narewski Scullion - Performer

Charlie is one half of The Clockwork Moth, specialising in making and performing shadow theatre, and a Core Artist for Creation Myth Puppets. Charlie also works as a writer, illustrator, sculptor and installation artist.

He is the Lead Artist in this project and will undertake the research and writing of the show, and will be the solo performer in the final work.

Victoria Narewski Scullion - Director

Victoria is the other half of The Clockwork Moth and works as performer, director and producer. She is also a very talented Dungeon Master for D&D, running games for adults and young people. Vicky is often the live narrator in our shadow puppetry shows and is performing our reworked version of Hansel & Gretel.

Victoria will direct 'A Life Half Lived,' from summer 2026, following a period of dramaturgy.

Rosie Race - Dramaturg

Rosie Race is a freelance actor/writer and a core member of Quirk Theatre. She works as a visual dramaturg and is Associate Artist at Theatre Royal Plymouth where her first full length show ‘Us Against The World’ opened in 2023. Rosie is a Soho Writers Lab alumni and her play ‘Filthy Animal’ was shortlisted for the Tony Craze Award 2024.
